Customer Reviews
super happy with webflow
was kinda debating between webflow and wordpress for my new portfolio site, but webflow templates just looked way cleaner. the learning curve was a bit steep at first, even with webflow university, but totally worth it. wish they had more partner promo codes, but still a solid platform!
solid platform, just a small thing
global swatches are a lifesaver, seriously. it makes keeping things consistent so much easier than with something like wix or squarespace. i was checking out the webhooks feature too, seems really powerful for integrating other tools. the site plan vs workspace plan thing is a bit confusing at first, wish that was clearer during signup. but overall, webflow is super powerful, way better than wordpress for custom stuff without all the coding of bubble. just wish they had more direct promo codes, mostly seems like internal credits.
Great for serious builders, a bit pricy.
I've been using Webflow for a few projects, mainly for their CMS Collections feature, and its honestly fantastic for managing dynamic content. Its really powerful, way beyond what I've seen with Duda or even basic WordPress setups. I was trying to figure out how many sites I could build for free, and it turns out you can build two unhosted sites, which is decent for testing ideas before committing. The CDN Hosting is super fast, which my clients love. My only real gripe is that while they have promo codes fields during checkout, finding an actual discount is pretty rare outside of their student or non-profit programs.
Webflow's great, but check those credits!
Coming from WordPress, I was looking for something more visual, and Webflow really delivers. I've been digging into their Flexbox and Grid Layouts, and it makes designing so much quicker than wrestling with page builders. They do have promo code fields at checkout, but most discounts seem to be for students or non-profits, which is a bit of a bummer if you're just a regular user trying to save a few bucks. Webflow handles SEO pretty well though, which is a big plus. It's definitely worth it for the design flexibility, even if I wish there were more general discount codes available.
Decent for design, but watch the costs
I've been using Webflow for a few projects after trying out Squarespace and Wix, and it definitely gives you a lot more design control. The Staging Environments feature is a lifesaver for client work, letting me show progress without messing with the live site. The AI Assistant has also been pretty helpful for generating some basic copy. My main gripe is how the pricing structure works, especially with those internal credits – it feels a bit less straightforward than just a flat monthly fee. I wish there were more direct promo codes available; during checkout, it seemed like most discounts were for partner offers rather than general coupons.
Webflow is pretty sweet, almost perfect!
Last week, I was looking into SEO Tools and Webflow makes it super easy, though I wish exporting code was simpler.
Webflow's great, but where are the deals?
I've been exploring Webflow Editor quite a bit recently, and overall it's a really powerful platform for building websites. The visual editor is fantastic, and it definitely beats messing around with WordPress or even Wix for design flexibility. I'm especially interested in their Client Billing features for future projects. My one minor gripe, though, is the lack of traditional promo codes or discounts; it seems like they mostly rely on internal credits or specific offers for students and non-profits, which isn't always helpful for individual users. It would be nice to see more general discount options like I sometimes find for Framer or Squarespace. For anyone wondering, yes, you can absolutely use your own domain with Webflow, which is a huge plus.
Webflow is amazing for dynamic sites!
Using an internal credit made getting started a breeze! Dynamic Content tools are incredible, though I wish the Site Activity Log was a little more detailed. Still, I'm recommending Webflow to all my friends!
Webflow hosting is fantastic!
I was looking for a new platform to build my portfolio, and Webflow came highly recommended! Getting started with Webflow Logic was surprisingly straightforward, and I was so impressed that Webflow Hosting is included right in the site plan. It makes everything so much easier than managing WordPress or even Bubble. I will definitely be using Webflow again and telling all my friends!
Good value, minor hiccups
I got the annual billing for Webflow Hosting and an individual site plan. The 20% off for annual was a good deal. Setting up the Custom Domain was simple enough. Site activity log is handy. I did have a small issue with one of the Interactions I tried to set up, it took a few tries to get it right. Support was responsive though.
Consistent and reliable platform
I've been using Webflow for a few years now, primarily for client sites, and I just renewed my Webflow CMS plan again. The reliability of their hosting and the CMS Collections for dynamic content is why I keep coming back. My clients love the Webflow Editor for content updates too. This latest renewal was as smooth as previous ones. The one thing that could be better is the API Access documentation; it's a bit sparse in some areas.
Good platform, some learning curve
I started using Webflow for a new project, specifically the Webflow CMS and Hosting. The visual designer is really powerful once you get the hang of it, and the CMS makes managing dynamic content quite easy. I opted for annual billing to get the 20% discount, which felt like a good value. My only real complaint was the initial learning curve; it took a bit longer than I expected to fully understand all the nuances, even after watching some Webflow University videos. Overall, I'm satisfied with the tools and performance for the price.
Easy to use for my small project
I used Webflow Designer for a personal website a few weeks ago and it was pretty straightforward to figure out. I'm not a tech person but got my site looking good without much fuss. Setting up the custom domain was a bit trickier than I thought it would be, but I got there eventually. Overall, a good experience.
Powerful tools, some complexity
I recently launched a small business site using Webflow's E-commerce and CMS features. The visual builder is incredibly powerful for design, and being able to manage dynamic content with CMS Collections saved a lot of time. The CDN Hosting also made the site load super fast, which is important for SEO. However, I found setting up the more advanced aspects of Form Management to be a bit less intuitive than expected, and I had to dig into Webflow University a fair bit. It's a robust platform for sure, but definitely has a learning curve if you want to use its full potential. Delivery was instant, obviously, since it's a digital service.
Smooth setup, fast site
I signed up for a Webflow Site plan with Webflow Hosting to launch my portfolio. The ordering process was straightforward, and I had my site published in a few days. I appreciated how easy it was to connect my custom domain. The CDN Hosting seems to work well, as my site loads really fast. I did have a quick question about setting up redirects, and customer support replied within a few hours with clear instructions. The only minor thing was that the staging environment took a little while to sync up with my main site edits, but it wasn't a major issue. Everything else went perfectly.
